New Clears the Edit Window, allowing you to enter a new program. If the current contents of the window have changed since the last save, you will be asked if you want to save or discard those contents prior to clearing the window.
Open... Displays a dialog box allowing you to browse for a Resampling Stats program file. Once you have selected a file, that file's contents will be displayed in the Edit Window. You can also open a file by dragging its icon and dropping it into the Edit Window.
Open Recent File Allows you to select one from up to ten recently used files. The menu can list more than one file with the same name if they are in different directories. If you hover the cursor over the file name, a tooltip with the full path to the file will appear. The recent files list is stored in the ".Statistics101Settings" directory under the name "RecentFiles". The ".Statistics101Settings" directory is in your user home directory. Note that since the settings directory begins with a period (.), it will normally be invisible under Unix-based operating systems. If you want to clear the recent files list you can simply delete the RecentFiles file. A new one will be created the next time that Statistics101 starts up. If you open two or more instances of Statistics101 at the same time, be aware that they all share the same Recent Files list, so changes made by one instance will affect the list shown in another instance.
Save Saves the contents of the Edit Window into the file in which it was last saved. If the Edit Window contents were manually entered following a "New" menu selection, then you will be requested to specify a file name. There is no way to directly save the contents of the Debug Window. If you want to save the Debug Window's contents, select its contents (Ctrl-A), copy to the clipboard (Ctrl-C), then paste the clipboard to another editor program, such as Microsoft's Notepad, or any other text editor or word processor. From there, you can edit it and print it.
Save As... Displays a dialog box allowing you to save the contents of the Edit Window in a new file.
Page Setup... Displays the printer's Page Setup dialog box.
Edit Window... Prints the contents of whichever tab's window is showing in the Program Panel, as specified by the current Page Setup settings. Line numbers are not printed.
Output Window... Prints the contents of the Output Window as specified by the current Page Setup settings. Line numbers are not printed.
Exit... Quits the program. If the contents of the Edit Window have changed since the last Save, you will be prompted to save or discard the changes.
