If you want to try it from the command line, open a command window, then CD to the directory that contains the installation jar file. For example,
cd "c:\myDownloads"
then, type in:
java -jar installStatistics101.jar
Wait a few seconds for java to load. If all works as it should, a small dialog box will appear letting you select a language that the installer will use in its interaction with you. Select your language and follow the installer's directions.
